Legacy Health and Trauma Nurses Talk Tough offer free, one-hour Stop the Bleed classes to teach lifesaving techniques for responding to traumatic injuries. Whether you're at work, school, home, or part of a social or sports group, our expert trainers will come to you. This nationwide campaign equips everyday people with the skills to stop life-threatening bleeding—because in an emergency, every second counts. Don’t wait for help—be the help.
